Westward Ho! Pebble Ridge Card
£3.50
These pebbles are an important symbol of Westward Ho!, a small village in north Devon. (Yes, there's an exclamation mark in the name.)
The pebbles form a natural ridge that protects the country park from the sea along the South West Coast Path. There's an old tradition of throwing pebbles back up the ridge to strengthen its protection, 'potwalloping'. Safety goggles recommended!
I print these cards less than a mile away from the real pebbles. I can see the beach from my window.
The thoughtful details:
- Made with GF Smith No Colour No Bleach paperstock, more natural and eco-friendly
- Handmade—each design is unique, with different textures and quartz stripes
- Envelope is 100% recycled kraft paper
- Ready to dispatch in 1–2 working days
They're great for Devon wedding invites. And people who just really love pebbles. No judgement here.
